We'll be right back...

Going camping this weekend, so there won't be any decent post on here until next week. I should have a couple gems by then, but in the meantime, how about a suggestion or two for what to write about? I love reader suggestions (even if I don't fulfill them...) because it allows me to stretch out. Either way, see you guys come Monday of next week...

Sorry, the last comment didn't format the way I wanted it to. Trying again:

How about... where did that pic come from?

Or... how you could make money like this guy (a blog I *highly* recommend subscribing too. Its tips and tricks have made me a lot of money...)

Have fun!

I went to see a Nationals game with TJ pre-wedding (I'm not sure when...). His is the hand on the side giving a thumbs up as I wasn't sure he wanted his facee plastered onto my blog...

You will have to describe to me on how you made money off these tips. Curiosity alone needs satisfying. I've read a couple of these entries and they are accessible but (on the whole...)haven't struck a chord with me yet. Maybe it's my tendancy to not listen to others (especially strangers...) on money advice. Or perhaps I just don't 'get' it. Thoughts?

Hmm, I could have worded that better. It's more like, I learned a lot about how to save money from that blog. A better link on that topic is this one, and especially the points "Money is more about mind", "The road to wealth is paved with goals", "Slow and steady wins the race", and ESPECIALLY "Track every penny you spend". That last one alone I did for the years leading up to me and Chris being able to buy a house, and I don't think we could have done it as well as we did if I didn't follow that.

Things I'm still working on (and why I still subscribe to his blog) are "Pay yourself first" and especially "The Perfect is the Enemy of the Good".

That particular link in my previous comment about *making* money applies more to something I can see you doing. Like you, he wasn't a fan of his day job ("I was a lousy salesman, and the work felt meaningless. But it paid the bills."), so instead he started making money from his hobbies. I believe you could do something similar!

You are an adorable man. And I thank you for your confidence in me. We shall talk more of this later, yes?
